This is the premise with which, the presales team at Logitech engages with customers and partners at an early stage to help them design the right solution that delivers superior experience for those meeting with them virtually.
Presales is an important function at Logitech that helps customers and partners understand the value proposition & differentiation of Logitech solutions. The role also helps sales & channel teams establish Logitech as the solution of choice among customers and partners by designing .
Presales engineers play a pivotal role in working with the alliance partners in proactively generating demand for new and existing product portfolios. When required, the presales engineers also get involved in resolving technical issues of customers required to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

In this role you will
Be responsible for product demonstrations of Logitech solutions
Work with the regional sales team in helping them achieve their goals
Take care of all aspects of pre sales like preparation of scope of work for proof of concept, getting the demo done, responding to tenders or RFPs working with other stakeholders as appropriate etc.,
Work with the sales team in planning proactive engagement in strategic accounts and drive the expansion of the Logitech share of wallet in these accounts through portfolio penetration.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key technical personnel (at all levels) in assigned accounts.
Support business development by identifying new opportunities within key channels & customer portfolios
Be a Brand Ambassador
Your Skills
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
Min of 7+ years of of technical experience in VC / UC and audio visual projects design & solutioning
Possess a deep understanding of how to deal with B2B channel partners and professional customers
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of H.323 / SIP based VC endpoints will be an advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to build strategic relationships with both customers & partners
Knowledge of working of most popular cloud video platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams & Google meet.
Familiarity with AV Devices like switchers, audio dsp, displays, cables, connectors, mixers etc
Familiarity with VC Hardware solutions like Logitech, Cisco, Poly, Crestron, Huddly, Extron, QSC will be an added advantage
Knowledge of overall conference room designing and maintenance.
Nice to have a Bachelor Degree.
Knowledge of current trends and best technical practices in the Unified Communications and Collaborations industry
